How to be Mindful IT MADE BLOG POST OF THE WEEK A WHILE AGO, SO U BETTER READ IT!!

       *How to adult today-  I mean *How to be Mindful

*Step one- Lie on your back... Either on the floor or on your bed...
Think you just walked into a room with a door painted your favorite color
the room is yours... What would you have in your room? What color would the walls be..?

*Step two- get an imaginary Jar.. Put your favorite things in it. The things that will make you feel happy! Whats in your jar? Here's an example!


*Step 3-  If you have someone else in your house, get them to massage you. Whats your favorite massage?

  1. Kia ora Izzy, thanks for sharing this post on tips to be Mindful. I like the idea of having a jar and placing things that make you feel happy. I think I would keep a Minecraft character in my jar...Minecraft seems to make a lot of people feel happy. I look forward to reading more on your blog. Elizabeth K

  2. Hi Izzy, good job on your mindfulness jar. I would have my dogs and a walk in the forest in my imaginary jar, they definitely make me feel calmer- except when the dogs are being naughty of course. I really like the way you have given tips on how to be mindful too. My favourite part of the massage is the feathers.What is yours?

  4. What a great post. I would put sailing in my jar. I couldn't quite see all of the things in your jar. What else do you have apart from dabbing and kicking stones?

    1. Nap, hot drink and reading, drawing and hot drink.. Thats all I ca remember!
